Key Responsibilities

Maintain a rolling 90-day event calendar for customer engagement
Deploy AI for event personalization and utilize automation for customer support
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Customer Success programs, Digital Customer Success, or lifecycle marketing
Understanding of common Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Loom use cases
Experience in cross-functional alignment across product, sales, support, and marketing
Familiarity with tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau, and webinar platforms
Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data for measurable program outcomes
