Overview
We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Architect to lead cloud-native architecture efforts and champion GitOps practices for our enterprise platforms. You will work across teams to define best-in-class solutions for deploying .NET microservices to Kubernetes (AKS and GKE) using Flux, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native tooling on Azure and GCP.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement end-to-end GitOps strategies using Flux for managing Kubernetes workloads.
- Architect scalable CI / CD pipelines for deploying .NET Core / .NET 6+ apps to AKS and GKE.
- Set standards for Kubernetes governance, Git branching, Helm templating, and secrets management.
- Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform and cloud-native DevOps tooling.
- Guide cross-functional teams in adopting GitOps workflows and cloud-native delivery models.
- Design highly available, secure, and observable systems across Azure and GCP.
- Evaluate and implement platform tools (e.g., Flux, Kustomize) where needed.
- Mentor DevOps engineers, provide architectural guidance, and drive technical roadmaps.
Required Skills
10+ years in software / DevOps engineering with at least 3 years in an architect role.Expertise in building and operating GitOps systems using Flux (v2) and Helm.Deep understanding of AKS, GKE, and container orchestration practices.Strong background in .NET Core / .NET 6+, Kubernetes patterns, and microservices architecture.Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Git-based workflows.Hands-on experience with Azure and Google Cloud services.Proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), observability stacks, and platform reliability.Excellent communication and leadership skills for driving DevOps culture and enterprise alignment.Tools & Technologies
