Direct Marketing Associate

in the St. Louis, MO area!

We seek an accomplished, driven, and collaborative individual to help enhance our customer's experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?

This position offers commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn

$16 hourly + $750-1560 weekly

in commission. You will work

40 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday . The specific start and end times vary based on the season and area.

Purpose

This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. You will record accurate data regarding prospective customers and the targeted market area. The position includes a monthly driving incentive with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories, as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager

Transport yourself to the assigned area and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally

Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately

Maintain professionalism, appearance, and required permits at all times

Attend company meetings as required

Provide feedback and ideas to improve the canvassing program

Master Renewal by Andersen methodologies, products, and promotions

Qualifications

At least 18 years old

Strong verbal communication skills

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets

Physical ability to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily
