A bit about us :

A top-tier national developer is seeking a construction-savvy Assistant Project Manager to help run a large-scale multifamily development in Dallas. This is a long-duration project (32 months) with a high-end product type and podium structurebacked by a firm that develops and builds its own pipeline.

Youll work directly with senior PMs and superintendents in a tight-knit, high-performing construction group focused on quality, schedule, and risk management.

What Youll Be Doing

Support project management across all scopesschedule, budget, change orders

Manage submittals, RFIs, procurement, and buyout documentation

Coordinate between field and office operations

Support client / owner communication, project logs, and cost tracking

Keep a close eye on risk items, punch lists, and progress reporting

What You Bring

47 years of construction experience (preferably multifamily)

Experience with podium, wrap, or garden-style projects

Strong organizational and leadership skills with a desire to grow

Proficiency with Procore, Excel, and construction document control
