Key Responsibilities
Oversee the onboarding journey for SMB accounts, managing customer relationships and ensuring timely service
Facilitate strategic conversations to achieve desired outcomes and drive software adoption
Provide expert-level training on software solutions and report on performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer onboarding or account management
Familiarity with software solutions and digital resources
Ability to manage customer success plans and track progress
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline management
Strong understanding of customer satisfaction metrics and reporting
