As a Sales Operations Specialist in our Wealth Management (WM) Client Group or Investment Resources Team, you will drive and execute strategies that drive the effectiveness of our salesforce across key initiatives. You'll focus on sales initiatives and channel coordination for Wealth Management. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the voice of sales and salesforce needs are considered and incorporated in the development and execution of the WM business plan. Your strengths include managing ambiguity while navigating evolving circumstances.

Los Angeles Base Salary Range : $79,438-$127,101
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
