HVAC Sales Representative

Alber Service Company of Pennsauken, NJ is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Sales Representative to conduct in-home energy audits, generate audit reports, and present proposals with recommendations developed through our custom software. This full-time position works a flexible schedule with some Saturdays and evenings required. Your hard work will pay off with a salary potential of $80,000 to $120,000. Our HVAC Sales Representatives make it their goal to make personal connections with our customers while helping them achieve their home comfort hopes and resolve any need they may have. Once you've greeted your clients, you are intentional to listen to their concerns and answer any questions they may have. You thoroughly inspect their equipment, and make honest and appropriate recommendations.

In order to keep your skills honed in and your knowledge robust, you are sure to attend all required staff meetings and training. You genuinely enjoy having no two days that are exactly alike, and meeting new people keeps you on your toes. You conclude your day feeling accomplished in your role as a salesperson and know that you've helped customers achieve comfortable homes at affordable prices!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Competent understanding of home construction
• Relevant and applicable HVAC and / or Insulation experience
• MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Dependable transportation
• Current driver's license and good driving record

Previous sales experience is preferred! Certifications such as NATE and BPI as well as knowledge of hydronics is a plus!
