About the Role
The Creative Strategist will develop brief, high‑impact creative concepts that captivate target audiences while aligning with performance marketing objectives. You will collaborate closely with channel leads, media buyers, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure data‑driven, measurable creative campaigns. Your concepts should not just be tweaks but breakthrough ideas that drive results.
Responsibilities
- Generate innovative creative concepts aligned with client goals and audience insights.
- Turn concepts into actionable briefs for the creative team.
- Collaborate with media buyers, account managers, copywriters, and designers to bring concepts to life.
- Review creative deliverables for quality assurance before client presentation.
- Develop and implement creative strategies that enhance overall performance marketing efforts.
- Use data‑driven insights to optimize campaign performance and articulate findings to clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand business goals, audience, and brand identity.
- Present creative strategies and concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to maintain alignment with performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies.
- Use market insights to develop unique and competitive creative solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in creative strategy within an agency setting.Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality results.Compensation & Benefits
Total Cash Compensation : $75,000 – $90,000 per year
