Our client, a plaintiff's personal injury law firm, in New Brunswick, NJ, is seeking an intake specialist to join their team. This role is on a full time, direct hire basis and will pay an annual base salary of $50K to $60K plus a performance-based bonus and competitive benefits package.

• The Intake Specialist MUST be fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading and writing), as well as possess experience with case management or practice management software.
• Candidates must have experience working in a role focused on case intake, evaluation and valuation of plaintiff's personal injury matters.
• Candidates must have superior communication and interpersonal skills, both over the telephone and in-person, as there will be substantial client contact, as well as excellent working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, and the computer in general.
• A keen attention to detail and organization is necessary, along with the ability to handle confidential information in a discrete and mature manner.
• The ideal candidate is able to work independently, and as part of a team; proactive; and experienced with at least one (1) document management program, e.g., Clio, and / or legal intake program, e.g., Lead Docket.
