Responsibilities

Position Summary : The Inventory Control Coordinator maintains the inventory database and ensures daily inventory levels meet distribution and operational needs.

  • Entering data into the inventory database about quantities of issued and transferred parts and inventory
  • Resolving inventory shortage discrepancies
  • Receiving manufactured parts into stock and issuing them to upcoming jobs
  • Consolidating manufactured parts to maximize shelf space
  • Assisting in daily tasks to assure productivity and efficiency
  • Identifying parts through the use of SAP and drawings
  • Auditing locations for part and count accuracy (e.g., work order and 3-Stage put-away checks)
  • Investigating missing stock parts needed for work orders and sales orders
  • Monitoring and maintaining an updated shortage list for the Inventory Management team
  • Ensuring compliance with Daifuku's QMS policies and procedures
  • Contributing to sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement and exceptional customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience

    • Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Requirements
