Certification : CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent

Position Summary : The Lead Windows Administrator oversees comprehensive endpoint management and IT workflows, ensuring secure end-user experiences through patch management, software deployment, encryption, and automation activities across the enterprise Windows environment.

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum 5-8 years individual contributor experience in related technical areas
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or equivalent certification
• Expert-level Windows Workstation support, imaging, patch management, COTS and GOTS software deployment, encryption, and automation experience
• Advanced Active Directory architecture, design, and implementation knowledge
• Comprehensive Windows Desktop and Server operating systems understanding
• PowerShell scripting proficiency for task automation and management
• Advanced Group Policy management and troubleshooting experience
• Security best practices knowledge with Active Directory security implementation capability
• Active Directory backup and recovery solutions expertise
• Proven experience with BIOS management, BitLocker encryption management, Microsoft administrative tools, M365 and Azure management systems, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and Intune Entra AD
