You will manage end-to-end program planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment across teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations. By translating high-level strategy into actionable programs, you will ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently, meet customer needs, and drive measurable adoption. This is a high-visibility role with significant influence on revenue and operational effectiveness, ideal for a detail-oriented and strategic leader comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of GTM programs, from strategy and planning to execution and measurement.
• Align and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and delivery of initiatives.
• Design customer-centric programs that enhance experience, drive adoption, and maximize value.
• Build program management frameworks, dashboards, and processes to improve visibility, accountability, and execution speed.
• Track and report program performance, sharing insights and recommendations to refine strategies.
• Support organizational readiness for new initiatives, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption across internal teams and customers.
• Communicate program updates, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership effectively.
