Job Description :
Work with Payroll Manager to process 2,300 plus employee full payroll cycle, including processing of new hires and terminationsSupport employees in 70+ offices in United States, Latin America, Canada, and the UK.
Able to work in fast-past Accounting environmentAble to handle confidential and time-sensitive informationResponsible for state tax registration for multiple statesPosition requires working closely with Human Resources departmentCoordinate and ensure employee data maintenance for personal status changes, relocation and other payroll adjustmentsKeep track of Monthly Timesheet submittals and Paid Time Off reportingPrepare quarter ending Employee Turnover and Recruitment Analysis for financial reporting package.Run ADP reports, and prepare various payroll cycle files for distributionsProcess payroll certifications for Clients as neededPayroll Processing during open enrollment as well as salary adjustmentsMonthly Benefit Invoice MaintenanceProcessing of pay for disability leavesProcessing of Employee Garnishments and special withholdingsAssist with annual Workers Compensation auditAssist with annual 401k Nondiscrimination Testing for purpose of 5500 AuditAssist with annual financial audit for payroll related recordsAssist with ad hoc projects as needed.Position is evolving, job description will expand as needed.Requirements :
Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) a must; Deltek Vision / VantagePoint a plus.7+ year payroll / accounting experience in a medium – large consulting firm (engineering, legal) preferred.The ideal candidate is mature, professional, detailed oriented and possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, also must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment. Must be also comfortable working independently, as well as corroborating with the team.What We Offer :
