Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices and payments, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. This role demands strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process 60-100 invoices daily
• Review, verify, and process invoices and payment requests
• Maintain and update vendor files
• Prepare electronic and check payments
• Reconcile AP transactions and monitor payment status
• Process employee expense reports per company policy
• Generate AP reports and support month-end close
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and assist in audits
• Resolve invoice / payment issues with vendors and internal teams

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
