Our firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney who is adept at handling a large caseload and familiar with all aspects of the trial process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and working toward a resolution. $145,000 Total Compensation

Responsibilities :

• Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients
• Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels
• Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques
• Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
• You  Must  have experience in family law.
• You  Must  have litigation experience.

It’s important to not take things personally and understand clients are going through one of the toughest times in their lives. Our job is to help them stay focused on where they want to go and guide them on how to get there.
• You must be a team player. You will be working with other members of our staff and both you and our other staff members are accountable to each other. We strive to schedule our internally imposed deadlines with plenty of time before the final "real" deadline. But, as you may have experienced, we will always have a handful of clients who bring us discovery documents the night before court.
