We're hiring an Executive Operations Manager for the Office of the President. This isn't an assistant role. This is a chance to step into a high-impact position where you'll be the President's right hand. You'll make sure priorities get done, operations run smoothly, and communicationinside and outside the companylands with clarity.

What You'll Do :

• Focus and align on what matters most by managing priorities, projects, and deadlines.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, align teams, and remove roadblocks.
• Spot inefficiencies and recommend better ways of working.
• Join client calls, meetings, and events as an extension of the President.
• Draft proposals, presentations, and follow-up notes that strengthen relationships.
• Write internal updates, announcements, and employee communications.
• Be the connector between leadership and employees to keep everyone aligned.
• Support culture-building and engagement programs.
• Travel to job sites and industry meetings with the President to provide on-the-ground support.
• Manage logistics for events, travel, and offsite engagements.
