What We Offer
Victra sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commissions. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period : no less than 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. You are entitled to minimum paid sick leave as required by applicable state law.

Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The class may include overnight travel. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
