Compensation :

$150,000 - $250,000 Total Compensation

Responsibilities :

In the Managing Family Law Attorney Role…

You’ll oversee complex divorce and custody matters, lead your team of attorneys and paralegals, and collaborate directly with the Managing Partner on firm operations and growth.

This is a true leadership-track role for an attorney who wants to build, lead, and leave a legacy in family law.

You’ll begin as a  Senior Family Law Attorney  — and if you demonstrate excellence, strong leadership, and alignment with our culture and core values, you’ll advance to the  Managing Attorney  role, leading our legal team and shaping the future of  Hecht Family Law .

Attorney Ed Hecht brings an understanding of what it’s like to be in his clients’ shoes because he’s also been through a divorce with children, pays child support, and has dealt with alimony and child custody. As a loving, devoted father to two children, he understands the sensitivities involved in helping people who need to be able to co-parent for years after their marriage ends.
