Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist – Marcus and Millichap Century City

Marcus and Millichap Century City is seeking a licensed Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our high-performing team. This opportunity allows you to build a career in commercial real estate, supported by proven systems, top-tier resources, and the ability to earn rewarding commissions .

In this position, you will source property opportunities, build relationships with owners and investors, and guide transactions from first contact through closing. You will also learn proven acquisition strategies directly from senior advisors while developing the skills to grow long-term production.

First year earning potential when hitting goals : $140,000+.

Compensation : $160,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
