It’s 11 : 45 PM on the B Night Shift. A conveyor alarm flashes, a temperature survey is due, and a scheduled calibration is on your list. As our Industrial Maintenance Technician, you move with confidence—welding a bracket, tracing a 480V circuit, reviewing prints, and logging results—keeping production safe, steady, and efficient at Real Alloy.
What your night may look like
- Diagnose and correct issues across electrical, electronic, pneumatic, recording, and control systems.
- Install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean, and service plant systems.
- Plan work using prints, drawings, diagrams, manuals, and relevant codes; perform layout, assembly, and wiring for system installs and replacements.
- Conduct and document tests, including temperature and combustion surveys.
- Erect and remove ladders and scaffolding; operate material handling equipment / vehicles as needed.
- Keep accurate records : maintenance work orders, calibrations, and calculations.
- Follow all safety rules and company policies, meeting Monthly Safety Leading Indicator requirements under our Rewards and Recognition Program.
Schedule & pay
Rotating schedule — B Night Shift — $30.26 / hr
Direct hire with a great starting wage of $30.26 / hr , scheduled increases, and a structured skills training plan.
