Human Resources Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Responsibilities :

• Create clear and actionable process maps using Microsoft Visio, ensuring workflows and organizational structures are documented before and after integration
• Perform thorough gap analyses, identifying and addressing operational, structural and cultural differences to support successful M&A outcomes
• Drive integration plans using Microsoft Project, aligning timelines, deliverables and resources with our strategic objectives
• Play an active role in HR due diligence, assessing strengths and improvement areas within acquired teams
• Collaborate with HR leaders to implement change management strategies that support a smooth transition for employees
• Partner with Finance, Legal and Operations teams to ensure HR integration aligns with overall M&A goals
• Track and report on integration progress, surfacing insights that help navigate potential challenges
