Construction Project Manager (Port Orchard)

The BJC Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in the Port Orchard / Puget Sound Region.

Role Description

This is a full-time, salaried role for a Construction Project Manager based in Port Orchard, WA. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is predominantly in office, with occasional site visits as necessary.

Competencies

• In depth understanding of construction techniques and processes.
• Ability to read and decipher complex set of construction plans and specifications.
• Ability to develop construction schedules both short duration and overall project schedules.
• Ability develop and manage construction budgets
• Proficient computer skills, including ability to create spreadsheets, access / respond to emails, access files on network, work remotely.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, vendors and subcontractors.
