Position Summary

As a Warehouse Maintenance Technician II, you will independently perform maintenance and repair tasks on automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will troubleshoot moderately complex issues, assist in training Technician I staff, and contribute to preventative maintenance programs to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures.
• Independently maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and related equipment.
• Perform and document preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, and solenoids.
• Create and close out work orders in the CMMS system, including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Foster positive working relationships across SHEIN Operations facilities.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand / walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
