A company is looking for a Group Sales Manager, Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and qualify new group and convention leads through various outreach methods
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects and provide leads to the on-site sales team
Required Qualifications, Training & Education
3-5 years of current hotel or resort sales experience in the Silicon Valley market
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
Demonstrated success in proactive sales and lead generation
Strong knowledge of Silicon Valley corporate and tech markets
Proficiency with hotel CRM and sales systems preferred
