With a strong coordination expertise and people-focused approach, you'll help build a seamless, positive hiring experience across the organization.

Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Manage a high volume of interviews across departments and roles, creating a smooth, organized schedule for candidates and hiring managers
• Act as the main point of contact, keeping candidates, recruitment partners and hiring teams informed and engaged throughout the interview process
• Partner with People Ops, Employee Experience and IT teams to ensure that new hires have a welcoming, organized start from day one
• From initial screening to offer acceptance, assist in every step of the hiring lifecycle in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
