Finance & Accounting (US) - Financial Analyst 2

We are currently seeking a " Sales Compensation Analyst " for a contract role with one of our clients based in Research Triangle Park, NC. Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.

Duration : 03+ Months Contract

Pay Range : $40 - $42 / hr on W2

Location : Research Triangle Park, NC / Hybrid

Qualifications :

• Sales compensation administration / accounting / finance experience, BS / BA degree or equivalent.
• Experience and working knowledge of sales compensation process and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Xactly Incent or a similar application preferred.

Client office skills (emphasis on advanced Excel skills and Power Point).
