As Chief of Staff to the Marketing organization, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CMO, driving key initiatives, aligning priorities, and ensuring operational efficiency across the team. You will help shape marketing strategy, optimize team performance, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence high-impact business decisions, improve cross-functional alignment, and support organizational growth. You will represent leadership in critical meetings, coordinate projects, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen both team culture and execution. Accountabilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CMO and marketing leadership, providing insights and recommendations on strategic business decisions.
• Coordinate and prioritize critical issues, ensuring efficient communication and decision-making across teams.
• Represent the CMO in select meetings, maintaining alignment of messaging and objectives.
• Support organizational design, change management, and integration of new tools, processes, and structures.
• Develop team engagement models, meeting cadences, and performance tracking to drive accountability and effectiveness.
• Oversee department budgets, planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level materials, including leadership presentations, board updates, and organizational communications.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, enhance team culture, and support talent development initiatives.
