A company is looking for a Mineral Rights Specialist to provide operational support in mineral rights and land management.
Key Responsibilities
Examine public records and legal documents to determine mineral and surface rights ownership
Conduct jurisdictional assessments and support due diligence for acquisitions
Prepare and submit mineral rights applications and maintain compliance documentation
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in land administration or mineral rights within mineral exploration, mining, or oil and gas
Familiarity with GIS principles and software for spatial analysis
Experience with natural resource management or regulatory compliance in mining or energy sectors
Experience interpreting regulations related to land ownership and mineral rights
Proven ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy standards
