The HRIS Analyst is responsible for aligning Canopy's systems, solutions, and analytics strategy with broader HR, business, and technology strategies. The role supports and enhances HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and more. The analyst will consult with partners to understand their goals, influence the HRIS roadmap, deliver capabilities, and create meaningful reports and analytics.
Responsibilities
Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy system functionalities on UKG HRIS system.Maintain and update HRIS technology systems, run data audits, and train super users.Lead or partner on projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion.Troubleshoot issues, document root causes, and escalate vendor concerns.Manage vendor relationships and serve as liaison with HR stakeholders.Administer security, review access requests, and perform audits.Document system requirements, configurations, and data flows.Coordinate lifecycle testing and collaborate with teams to develop user procedures and training.Provide end-user training and document processes to ensure data integrity.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; technical degree preferred.At least 3 years' experience with HRIS configuration and reporting.Knowledge of HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, etc.Technical experience with HCM systems, preferably UKG.Strong project management and SDLC understanding.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams.Additional Details
