ABOUT THE JOB :
We're seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking HR Manager to help elevate our workforce strategy, enhance employee experience, and align HR initiatives with business objectives. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders and collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to drive impactful change.
You'll lead workforce planning efforts, champion employee engagement, and ensure seamless execution of core HR programs. Your ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into action will be key to shaping decisions and strengthening our organizational culture. From managing employee relations to fostering a culture of collaboration and service excellence, your leadership will help power our continued growth.
