Work Type : Contract to Hire (6+ months) $139,000 - $145,000 Amazing Benefits Unlimited Time off No Overtime or weekends

Rate : $62 / hour on w2

Experience : 5+ years (Networking + Automation)

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and capable Network Automation Engineer to join our network automation / operations team. This role focuses on automating network operations processes, integrating monitoring systems, and collaborating with cloud teams. The candidate will support infrastructure for federal and state government programs and must be able to pass a public trust clearance.

Required Skills :

Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with network automation tools : Ansible, Python, Rundeck, Codeshuttle, Terraform
Hands-on experience with networking hardware : Meraki switches, Aruba Wireless, Palo Alto SDWAN IONs, Palo Alto Firewalls, NGFW, Cisco (including VPN IPSEC tunnels)
Network operations automation : rollout of upgrades, monitoring and alerting system integration, firewall rule automation
Collaboration skills to work with distributed cloud and networking teams
Must be able to pass public trust clearance (6C) , with potential for secret clearance
