Role Overview
The Office Coordinator partners directly with staff, students, and families of St. Louis Voices Academy and is responsible for ensuring a smooth daily operation of the school office. The Office Coordinator plans, coordinates, and supervises the business operations of a school office and serves as administrative aide to the School Leadership Team, reducing the time they spend on administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Creates a warm, welcoming environment for all students, family, staff, and visitors and serves as the primary phone and reception contact for all visitorsPerforms administrative duties including filing, faxing, copying, documenting office procedures, maintaining supplies / ordering, maintaining student records, and data entryPartners with families to internalize and successfully navigate school policies such as attendance, tardies, uniforms, etc. Providing direct support to students with health and attendance needsCreates, manages, and maintains the office databases, specifically student health and transportationImplements effective office systems to ensure maximum efficiencyWorks directly with the Directors to provide administrative assistance and additional direct student support, as neededOperates with a sense of team and family, knowing that our students and families are our top priority, and our staff is stronger when we work together to serve themParticipates in summer staff professional development as well as ongoing staff meetings and development opportunitiesOther
Perform all duties as assigned.
Qualifications
BA in Business Administration preferredPrior school office management and record-keeping experienceAbility to use Microsoft Office, Google Office Tools, and Student Information SystemsExcellent responsibility, organizational, and communication skillsComfortable in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Information
