Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment runsHandle accounts receivable duties such as invoicing, posting payments, and following up on outstanding balancesProcess bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissionMaintain up-to-date employee records related to payroll, benefits, and deductionsReconcile payroll accounts and assist with related journal entriesSupport month-end and year-end close processes for AP, AR, and payroll functionsRespond to internal and external inquiries related to invoices, payments, and payroll issuesEnsure all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standardsQualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred2+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll administration preferredExcellent organizational and time-management skills#LI-TM7
