Job Summary

Fleet Response is seeking qualified candidates for the following position : Maintenance Specialist / Service Writer. The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for managing preventive maintenance for the fleets of our clients. This includes working with our customers and vendors to manage maintenance repairs efficiently and accurately.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for all incoming maintenance requests through Auto Integrate and phone.
• Communicate directly with maintenance vendor review, cost and necessity of estimated work and negotiate cost if necessary.
• Communicate directly with client contact for repaired authorization.
• Authorize maintenance work with pre-determined authorization limits.
• Audit maintenance invoices for accuracy and process for payment.
• Arrange roadside assistance for maintenance clients.
