Hiring Immediately, Human Resources Assistant.

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant for our client Woburn Toyota.  Our client is growing and needs administrative support to handle the increased sales.  You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous human resource experience is REQUIRED for this position, ADP experience preferred. The ideal candidate will provide critical support to the sales, service, and finance departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves multitasking, excellent communication, and organizational skills to maintain efficient dealership processes.  We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
  • Assist with implementing Employee Navigator and train staff how to use it
  • Handle COBRA administration
  • Counsel employees on plan provisions so that individuals can make informed benefits decisions.
  • Assist with the annual open enrollment period each year, review summary materials and required notices and assist with communicating changes to employees.
  • Assist with the preparation educational materials for health and welfare and 401k plans.
  • Complete reports for management as requested.
  • Enters employee data into the ADP Payroll and Benefit Modules as received.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards
  • College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus
  • At least one year in a dealership sales management position.
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations
  • At least two years’ experience in a dealership sales environment.
  • Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people.
  • Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors
  • Must be able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends
