Key Responsibilities

Manage departmental operations, including scheduling, travel coordination, and compliance documentation

Oversee budget tracking and financial management for departments and centers

Plan and coordinate events, ensuring logistical support and effective communication

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

A minimum of one year of administrative or financial experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn specific university systems

Experience managing financial records and department operations in a university setting

Any equivalent combination of related education and / or experience will be considered
