Job Description :

The Property Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the property management team. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to deadlines, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. It’s well-suited for someone with administrative or property coordination experience who is eager to advance into a property management career.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate tenant move-ins / outs, utilities, and vendor records.
• Process invoices, accounts payable / receivable, and expense reports.
• Maintain tenant and vendor insurance and contract documentation.
• Handle work order tracking, follow-up, and tenant communication.
• Support managers with budgets, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Assist with tenant relations and company events.
• Provide scheduling and administrative support to property managers.
