Position Summary :

Burma Food Group is seeking an experienced Order Processing and Sales Support team member to help play a vital part in the production team with order processing, inventory coordination and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for receiving, reviewing and accurately processing customer orders via email and phone while collaborating with the production team, logistics and sales teams.

Your key responsibilities will be generating invoices, maintaining and updating our sales processing ERP system, scheduling deliveries, coordinating shipments and managing logistics with local distributors to ensure seamless operations. You will also be responsible for tracking order statuses and handling returns / exchanges in accordance with company policies and conducting routine visits to customer accounts and helping assist with onboarding new clients.

This position will be part-time Monday-Friday 6 hours a day, with the potential to transition into a full-time role in the future.

Key Responsibilities :

Order Processing & Inventory Coordination :

Receive, review and accurately process customer orders via email and phone

Generate invoices and maintain / update the sales processing ERP system

Collaboration & Logistics :

Collaborate with the production, logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless operations

Schedule deliveries, coordinate shipments and manage logistics with local distributors

Order Tracking & Return Management :

Track order statuses and manage return / exchanges in accordance with company policies

Client Engagement & Sales Support :

Conduct routine visits to customer accounts

Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance sales operations

Skills and Qualifications :

Experience in order management, logistics and working with ERP systems

Strong attention to detail and exceptional skills

Effective communication skills and a proactive problem-solver

Ability to coordinate shipments, track orders, and handle returns efficiently

Customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Ability to acquire a Food Handlers license and Sexual Harassment certification (before or within 2 weeks of being hired)
