Required Qualifications

7-10 years of performance or growth marketing experience in a service-based or multi-location business

Proven success in scaling acquisition channels and managing $5M+ annual budgets

Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Looker, or Tableau

Experience leveraging AI for marketing automation and efficiency
