Associate Attorney

Davis, Arneil Law Firm, LLP, a premier North Central Washington law firm, is currently seeking a full-time associate attorney for its Wenatchee office, with experience or interest in litigation to provide legal support in various practice areas, with a focus on criminal prosecution, real estate, construction, family, commercial, personal injury, and other civil practice areas.

All candidates must be a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association or be taking the next scheduled bar exam. The position is not remote and requires in-office presence, but hybrid work is possible on an as-needed basis.

• The ideal candidate will be expected to :
• Draft, analyze, and interpret contracts and legal documents,
• Conduct legal research on complex issues,
• Assist with discovery processes,
• Assist with trial preparation and trial,
• Appear independently for motion practice, and
• Independently perform work to achieve client goals.
• The ideal candidate will have the following skills :
• Excellent research, writing and critical thinking skills,
• Detail oriented,
• Quick learner and ability to improvise when needed, and
• Strong communication skills.
• We offer competitive compensation and benefits including :

Base Salary Range- $75,000-$120,000

Additional bonus structure is available.

Insurance- Medical / disability 100% paid by employer for employee.

Dental / life 75% paid by employer for employee.

Paid Leave- 10 days of paid vacation per year

11 paid holidays per year

Retirement- Retirement / profit sharing plan (employer typically pays 12-15% with no employee match required)

Other- We encourage professional development by paying up to $750 per year for continuing education expenses. We also pay local and state bar association dues.

Partner Track- Associates may be considered for Partner after 5 years of employment, dependent upon performance. Early consideration may be made for lateral associate hires.
