Job Details
4+ years of litigation experience.
Candidates should have substantial experience in either :
Single-plaintiff employment cases (e.g., wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation), or
Wage and hour class actions.
Experience in both areas is ideal, but candidates with a strong background in either will be considered.
