We are seeking a Customer Operations Specialist for an Electronic Aviation company in Irvine, CA! For 70+ years, the company has successfully developed and expanded globally within industries like Technology, Automotive, and Aerospace.
This individual will play a key role in order processing and delivering top-notch customer service to end consumers and distributors.
Location : Irvine, CA 92618
Schedule : 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM, Mon-Fri
Scope of the Role :
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be the main point of contact for customer communication via phone, email and online chat support. Additionally, you will be performing administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, placing work orders, account management, and processing invoices.
Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding order confirmation.
- Enter orders into SAP software.
- Manage internal CRM database.
- Monitors and maintains inventory level.
- Assist department Managers for inquiries on pricing, inventory, availability, and other client related requests.
- Coordinate with warehouse and quality control departments to process orders.
- Data Entry and pulling reports from spreadsheets within EXCEL.
- Process defective order claims, returns, and credits.
- Knows how to contact truckers to deliver goods to the customer and track shipments for order status.
- Create progress reports and quarterly reports.
- Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.
Qualifications :
