1st & 2nd Shift Cable Assemblers - Poway, CA- $25.96 / hr-$27.26 / hr

Contract-to-Hire (Not Temporary)

Job Description :

• Assemble cables for aerospace industry
• Read and follow drawings or work instructions
• Wire, install components, solder, and harness cables
• Crimp terminals / contacts with manual or automated tools
• Label assemblies based on specifications
• Perform soldering tasks like tinning wire, splices, and connections
• Use tools like wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, scissors, and heat guns
• Monitor product quality per control standards
• Ensure safety compliance and follow procedures

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.96 - $27.26 / hr.
