Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site personnel and oversee day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and community stakeholders.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Implement marketing plans, manage rental applications, and optimize leasing strategies.
Facilitate rent collection and set competitive rental rates based on market trends.
Manage community budgets and approve expenditures, all in line with company policies.
Train and mentor team members to align with company standards and policies.
