Finance & Restructuring Attorney – Join a Leading National Legal Team

We are now seeking a Finance & Restructuring Associate Attorney to join a nationally recognized litigation team working across complex commercial disputes and Native American litigation.

About the Role

You’ll become part of a collaborative, high-impact team advising financial institutions, corporations, and sovereign entities on a broad range of commercial litigation matters. You will :

• Handle complex financial disputes and business litigation.
• Support corporate debt restructurings and related litigation (note : this is not a bankruptcy-heavy role).
• Contribute to Native American litigation focused on sovereignty, gaming, and land disputes.
• Gain hands-on experience in cases that shape financial and legal landscapes across the U.S.

What We’re Looking For

This role is tailored for a junior associate with 3–5 years of experience. Candidates outside this range will not be considered.

Compensation

Base Salary : $180,000 – $300,000 depending on experience and location.
