A company is looking for an HR Assistant to perform various personnel and clerical tasks related to employee management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR inboxes, triage employee questions, and track information for reporting
Provide information to employees regarding HR policies and assist with data entry for HR processes
Maintain employee files, compile data for reports, and support the Employee Relations team as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
0-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in HR
Fluency in English; additional languages (French preferred) are a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
