Role Responsibilities :
Lead Management and Customer Engagement
Handle online leads, responding promptly to email and phone to engage with potential customers.Conduct needs analyses, provide detailed information on vehicle features and answer questions about pricing, financing, and services.Guide customers through the car-buying process, work with the sales and finance departments to ensure seamless purchasing experience and follow up to encourage repeat business.Appointment Setting and Record Keeping
Schedule test drives and showroom appointments for prospective buyers to meet with sales team.Utilize Customer Relation Management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and maintain detailed sales records.Online Presence and Product knowledge
Maintain the dealership's website by updating vehicle listings with accurate photos and details and actively engage with customers on social media platforms.Stay updated on new vehicle products, features, and accessories to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.Employee Prerequisites :
Onboarding process completed within days of applying!Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.Proficient in computer, internet, social media, and CRM software; Familiarity with a variety of vehiclesSkills in influential selling, overcoming objections, and closing dealsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independently to achieve dealership goals.Job Type : Full-time
