Key Responsibilities
Prepares and develops premium quotations utilizing underwriting guidelines
Determines underwriting eligibility and develops pricing for new business and renewals
Manages agency relationships and addresses agents' and policyholders' concerns
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in an insurance organization with Workers Compensation knowledge
Ability to exercise advanced judgment in evaluating and pricing risks
Experience managing agency relationships and making sound underwriting decisions
Proficient in calculating expected pricing and premium quotations
Able to analyze territory to identify problems and implement corrective actions
