  • About the Role :

Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of LoanMax Title Loans, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to potential borrowers and current customers. As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing top-notch service, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to our loan products, vehicle evaluations, loan management, and payments.

  • Responsibilities :
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and accurate solutions to their needs
  • Evaluate vehicles and assess loan eligibility, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage customer loan accounts, processing payments, and addressing any issues that may arise
  • Conduct daily communication with customers, making courtesy calls when necessary, and providing personalized support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • What We Offer :

  • Job Requirements :
  • General :
  • Must be able to work full-time hours
  • Possess a great attitude, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Education :
  • High School Diploma required
  • Work Experience :
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Computer and data entry experience preferred
  • Personal :
