A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and resolve customer support inquiries via calls, emails, and web chats
Utilize CRM to document customer interactions and manage case resolutions
Assist with client implementation and provide timely responses to client inquiries
Required Qualifications
Proven success in creating and maintaining customer relationships
Experience analyzing data and creating reports
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Experience training staff is preferred
